lost my glasses, trying to get a copy of my prescription, called in morning was told couple of hours?? Had to wait for DR to look at computer, Really? how long does that take? Price, service quality, pick two! I only went there for convenience! Never again Called back at 4 PM said i was on way to get pill prescription Got there waited, no hurry by personnel, left, they called after I had left,said 6:30 I would have it faxed, 8:50 nothing I had to give one star or could not post Using old glasses, vision sucks REALLY? just want prescription WTF? Did not see any frames that I liked, would have gotten them there, big sale on
