I dont know why, but the pharmacy here is very difficult to work with. At my prior pharmacy (also a CVS) it was pretty easy to just request a prescription refill via the CVS pharmacy app, but this pharmacy asks you to call your doctor for them. Isnt that their job? Additionally, my health insurance recently changed, and when I gave them my new health insurance card, they said that I wasnt covered. I paid full price for the prescription, and after following up with my insurance, it seems that, once again, it is an issue with the pharmacy. So I now have to fill out a bunch of forms to get reimbursed. Seriously annoying.

Self checkout, 24 hour pharmacy, friendly staff Edit: Lost 2 stars because of the following: -They stopped accepting recently expired coupons (even though they overprice evrything). -Also they have been out of my medication for over a month, CVS is supposed to be a chain that always has everything. -I also hate their stupid new policy only allowing prescriptions to be refilled at maximum 2 days early regardless of what insurance allows

I use this CVS because it is 24 hour and accessible to the T. It usually has what I need and the check out is fairly speedy but the pharmacy is slow! I know it is high volume but the wait is ridiculous at times.
