Horrible pharmacy, wont answer if they have meds in stock over the phone; so you have to come in person. They also will turn you away and refuse to fill prescriptions if you are not a regular pharmacy customer. Outrageously bad customer service! Just because someone doesnt normally shop somewhere doesnt mean you should refuse sales, awful way of doing business, I guess they dont want new customers. I will never go back here. Walgreens and CVS are the places to go, since small business mom & pop pharmacies dont exist anymore.

Omg. NO Follow up. They wont call MD when you try to explain there should be 4 refills not 3. Too disorganized or too lazy, not too sure. Contacted Doctor office. They confirmed time order was relaxed to rite Aid. Confirmed the correct Rite Aid and correct fax. I ended up in desperation going to doctors office, picking up script for my husband and dropping it off by hand. OMG. 2016. This is as good as it gets. Shocking.

Pharmacist was NASTY. Wouldnt talk to me on phone. Says it is "against the law" to talk to patients on phone about prescriptions. Cut me off - I cant believe that he was so nasty.
