I usually hate CVS anyways, but this place really takes the cake, especially the "One Minute Clinic." I had to wait about 40 min. to be seen and then was told that I was taking up too much of their time because she couldnt figure out that Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare is called "Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare." She was also training a new person, who I assume had never had any medical training because she kept butchering the tests and couldnt remember any of the results from checking my heartbeat and blood pressure. She was looking to me for the answers!? Helloooo I thought you were the doctor. Yet, I was the big hold-up, right..........wrong. CVS never ceases to prove how crappy it really is, and one day Im going to own it and turn it into a strip club. It will serve a much better purpose that way :)

Falsely accused of stealing from store and the customer service sucks dont go here. Unless you enjoy being disrespected and belittled by morons who think they are God instead if minimum wage peeons.

Need to add more pharmacist or pharmacist technicians. Had waited 50 minutes on 11/23/2015 to pick up prescription. Pharmacist and pharmacist technician were very helpful
