Overall the customer service here is generally not good. Today made me consider not shopping here, only to get my prescriptions. I was waiting to be paid when a female employee with black glasses who looks like she is in her last 20s early 30s said some other employee will take me. She laughed when I couldnt find the other employee. I found the 2nd female employee who was doing the cash register. I told her I am ready to be rung up and she just stared at me with a mad look, rolled her eyes and sighed. The bars were on sale and it did not ring up on sale. I told her this and the bars still did not ring up on sale after card was scanned. Because of her attitude I said to her "You know it is fine, I wont pay for it." And then she sighed and rolled her eyes again. The cashier wears makeup, looks maybe Hispanic and looks maybe in her late 20s. CVS on 7 Washington Street has bad employees who need to be fired!!!!

THE ONLY REASON IT HAS ANY STAR IS BECAUSE I COULDNT POST THIS UNLESS IT HAD A STAR PATHETIC This place is horrible never even go there. Called me an abuser of my Multiple Sclerosis medication and treated me like a feign. My doctor called and was given the same problem very rude and violated hippa law with me. I worked in the med field til I couldnt anymore this was the worst and embarrassing experience I have ever had. CVS ON WASHINGTON HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE AND SOMEONE SHOULD CONSIDER TAKING A LOOK AT HOW THEY ARE TREATING PEOPLE.

Im switching pharmacy after 20 yrs of using cvs I refuse to ever come back to this location and because of my experience over the last 6 months with them they have officially lost my business. .. what a disgrace
