this facility provides one of the worst customer service experiences ever. if you walk in, the pharmacy people are always way too busy, but clearly, it is not their fault! the way they work is inhuman, degrading! theyre always understaffed, and after I spoke with one of the pharmacy staff I understood why: they make not more then 8, 10 bucks hour! how can they possibly survive on that! needless to say its impossible to speak to pharmacy staff over the phone. i called today ( 02/23/2012), waited 23 minutes and gave up. called again, tried to speak to customer service, they just put me on hold again, twice, in order to wait for a pharmacy that would never pick up the phone. actually, after being on hold, the phone rang and rang, and they pick up twice, just to put it back on hold. so unprofessional. then, on the 4th or 5th time i called, i asked to speak to the manager, in order to have the lady just hung up on my face, twice. seriously, go somewhere else. Im just going to this location because its the closest one to my place, and I have health issues, otherwise, I wouldnt bother.... so, if you have the chance, go somewhere else.

The pharmacy has terrible service. Wait times are through the roof, unfriendly, and they dont seem to care - having casual conversations while theres a long line and customers in front of them waiting to be helped. I told them I would wait for my prescription, they forgot to put me in as a waiter so I sat there for almost 40 minutes. Anytime I call Im on hold for years, I almost always give up. One time someone pick up the phone and hung up on me after about 20 minutes of being on hold!

This specific Walgreens is the pits! The pharmacy is always behind and when they say your prescription will be done in an hour and you go back 5 hours later its still not done. Then dont bother looking up your insurance to pay for the said prescription. Theres not a single thing I can say good about this location. The people they allow to hang out front is disturbing. Youre better off driving the extra 10 mins away to the Malden location.

Some people say here that the phone service is poor, but from my experience it is just the opposite: I called today, 2-7-2014 at 8:20 am, to check the availability of my medication. After I navigated through the menu and got to the pharmacist, I waited no longer than one minute until my call was answered. The lady introduced herself as Michelle; she sounded polite and knowledgeable. Good customer service!

This is the worst pharmacy ever dont wast your time and go there ..you better go to malden this place is a joke ..they have one person at night and she gets stressed out and miss up all you prescription ...OMG never ever will go back there ..she filled me with the wrong medication and I took then the good thing is that it was only a vitamine that I took horrible horrible horrible .

The worse Pharmacy Customer Service Ever, every time we call we have o Waite for a least 30 minutes on the phone, when they pick up the phone, no one can answer any question related to the prescription sent. when you go there, same thing, long lines, people rude with no knowledge if anything.

Good customer service and they keep thing in stock but may be a bit dirty at times but it gets fixed quickly. Other locations may be better but for a quick buy or some convenient products, you might as well go here.

The lady at the counter was amazing she had a bit of an undercut and tattoos. Always helpful whenever I go in at night. Would recommend!
