I had surgery for a kidney stone and was discharged from the hospital heavily medicated. I went from the hospital to Walgreens to fill some prescriptions. I paid for my medicine and went home. When I got home I noticed I was overcharged for it. I went straight back to Walgreens to get a refund and it was refused. I gave them back my medicine and suffered in pain because I didnt have it. I called customer service and complained. They said I would hear from them between 24 and 48 hours. After 72 hours, customer service told me to talk to the Manager of Walgreens. When I went to see the Manager, I waited 20 minutes for him. Then after speaking to me, he said there was nothing he could do for me. I called customer service again and I was told someone would get back to me. No one from Walgreens has contacted me again. When I originally picked up my medicine, there were prescriptions not covered by my health insurance. The pharmacist never brought this to my attention. It is my experience to have the pharmacist explain the price of prescriptions before paying for it. Walgreens only cares about getting money from customers and not about their health and well being. I was ripped off. I have no medicine and no money.

Walgreens in Revere, Ma..I would give this Walgreens a five star rating since the girls are always very friendly and helpful whenever Im there, regardless if Im picking up a prescription or not. But the reason Im only giving them 2 is because there was a girl tonight that was EXTREMELY rude.. I barely even spoke and she gave me attitude, secondly there was a man at the drive through window and she was screaming at him as if he was bothering her and she didnt work there. I saw the girl out front when I first walked in so obviously she had just taken a break..so there should be no excuses. of course I understand in this line of work it will get frustrating, older people always coming in questioning the techs, giving them trouble.. This chick should be fired go work somewhere else..Even the pharmacist was looking at u funny..

Very rude pharmacy staff ! And liars also ! Beware !! They lost my prescription had to ask the Dr. for a new one ! Los farmaseuticos en esta farmacia son rudos y mentirosos no trabajan con simpatia. Perdieron mi receta y luego dijeron que nunca c la entregue.Cuidado !!

Pharmacy staff is always so rude. I understand they get busy, but constantly putting someone on hold and then picking up and putting on hold right away without speaking to the person is unacceptable. No one should be left on hold to speak to a staff member for more than 10 min and then when they finally answer they are super rude and act like you are inconveniencing them.

Worst experience with a pharmacist that I have ever had, and I work in the field. I have never been treated so inappropriately. The pharmacist was rude, ignorant, and degrading. I will never revisit this pharmacy, and I strongly urge that you do not either. If there were an option for zero stars, I would have chosen it.
