My experience with J.C. Penney has been horrible. I ordered a dishwasher, paid to have it installed and the old dishwasher hauled away and it was delivered with no instructions to be installed or haul old one away. I have contacted both the J.C. Penney customer service lines at least 20 times this week, waiting on the phone for at least 45 minutes each call to no avail. If youre just in the store buying something other than an appliance, theyre probably okay but if youre buying a major appliance and need assistance with return or some other questions about appliance, good luck to you. I even pressed "want to make a new order" thinking someone is bound to answer if its a new order but that doesnt change anything...no response, period.
