Wanted to look at a handbag that was tethered to an alarm. There is a button that you can push for assistance and somebody will unlock the handbag. After 3 attempts (I did hear the page for assistance in handbags) and 15 minutes later nobody responded. It was very likely that I would have purchased this bag had somebody unlocked it. I gave up and left the store. This never would have happened in the TJMaxx store in Norwell Ma where they have better handbags, better selection and based on personal past experience better service.

Good deals, but the lineups were horrendous. It took over 30 minutes to check out. Aside from that, the store has good selection and is clean.
