Old biddies work there. Stale, outdated. When every other store is offering g digital receipts send to your email address AND/OR printed... Marshalls is still all paper. Returns? Do you have a receipt... Digital? Nope. Credit card used? Nope. If you dont have the actual paper receipt... Ya fcuked. Shop here? Not anymore.
