This location sucks!!! First off there not even a corporate location just a franchise so what ever you have done here it can not be resolved at another location. They sold me a tablet saying it would only be $7 mo which is not the case they forgot to mention the installment fee I would need to pay everymonth for $11! An never added the promotion for the $7 a month. Ive had the tablet for 3 months now my first payment was $72 next payment $36 an now $52 "just $10 a month" my ass!! And when I call to cancel or for some assistance. The associate that answered 1. Was helping other people while on the phone with me. 2. Asked for my account info but didnt say anything else about it. 3. Just handed the phone with out letting me know while I was talking to another associate that had no idea what was going on.!! Ive worked in customer service my whole life I have an will never do that to anyone of my customers regardless of how upset they are!! That is shitty customer service! And the associate who I was now taking to said he would help me because I wasnt present mind you Im out of the state that is why I tried going to another location but couldnt be helped. He said he couldnt even pull up my account info when the first guy clearly did!! Makes no sense! He was giving me the routine bullshit yes sell me something over charge me to then tell me I have to pay $200 to cancel!! Wtf ! This is bullshit! Hes best advice was to come in or speak with the manager Curtis. So if I call and speak to Curtis an tell him his associates dont know how to give the right costumer service hes going to take my tablet back!? This location period sucks!!!! Worst costumer service

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Two words. Scam Artists!!!! What I was told where supposed to be "2 free tablets" ha turned out I have been paying 500.00 for these things. And better than that. The contract for the tablets is not even my signature. Headquarters could not do anything for me. Have to deal with store. Watch out!!

This sprint store is one of the best sprint stores I have ever been in, in a long time the service was great. Now this is my new place to go and they do repair no hassel
