TERRIBLE!! They sold me an LG G4 a year ago (DONT EVER buy this phone). Well the phone, which was never dropped and in perfect working condition, randomly crashed one day and when I brought it into the store THEY REFUSED TO LOOK AT IT. Apparently this is an issue that happens a lot with this phone. It was completely dead and I lost everything on it. The girl who waited on me at the store told me there was nothing she could do for me, turned her back, and walked away without handing me back my phone. Needless to say I have cancelled my agreement with Sprint.

Went in to this store to cancel a contract upon a family members passing- they told me they "couldnt cancel contracts or take phones" at their store and said to "go to the Sprint store near Petco". No regard at all for the situation- avoid this store!

Mike was such a big help when we decided to switch from Verizon to Sprint. He gave us the best deals and was extremely friendly!! Highly recommend this store. Its is super clean, and easy to get to. Lots of parking!
