Just your typical Stop and Shop. Only what sells the most on the shelves, no seafood dept and customer service is an after thought. On more then one occasion I have seen cashiers holding up customers on price discrepancies of less than a dollar while the line is six deep. People wind up just leaving but at least the store got their 15 cents. Who cares about the lost sales walking out the door. I really think Stop and Shops motto should be "get the penny at all costs!"

One of the worst Stop & Shops Ive been in to date. The produce is close to spoiled, service is poor and the prices are very high compared to the quality you are getting. Before moving to the area, I typically shopped at the Hingham Stop & Shop on Bridge Street. I spent at least $50 less a trip and got fresher food. Stop & Shop management should really look into this store and clean it up.

Waited at register to check out no one around, few employees in group chatting not watching register yet telling customers over intercom 15 minutes to closing. I always liked this store came here a lot before Whitman store opened. Rarely come here now, store not clean and can detect unpleasant odor minute walk in door.

this is the worst S&S. Smells bad, dirty, produce is never good - I drive out of my way to go to Norwell unless it is an absolute emergency and I just need something frozen/packaged (though you have to check expiration dates because they apparently do not and leave expired items on shelves)

The bathrooms are gross and smell like sewage. The entire store needs updated, and Ive never had someone be able to tell me exactly where something is. This location is smack in the middle of the Hanover and Whitman stores, both of which are much nicer and have friendlier staff.

This is a grocery store. They sell food here. The food they sell is typical for a chain grocery store. They also play horrible song covers over the speakers here; I almost used the corkscrews to gouge my ears out. I recommend wearing headphones while you shop here.

Deli service was not good. Had 3 people working counter. All 3 had customers when I took a number. Then 2 employees became free to help, but never called my number. Just acted busy re-filling supplies. Terrible customer service. I dropped ticket and left store.

I hate that they only had 2 cash registers open. They new baggage system is slow and a pain if you bring your own bags. I refuse to check out myself Id they are not going to pay me to work for them. Stop putting people out of work.

smell when you walk in is always horrible. Have had to return meats twice due to being bad. Produce is always beat up. Never a bagger or enough cashiers. I stopped going here and drive the extra time to the store in Norwell.

Comparable to our WA State Winco Foods, Super Stop & Shop in Abington MA had everything we needed for our vegan / gluten free salads and snacks for our trip, and at reasonable prices. Thanks!
