Organized by type of clothing, not by size - though plus size has a separate section. They do have fitting rooms and helpful staff. Furniture purchases require a vehicle big enough to take your purchases away - they wont hold onto it for you unless they know you can load it up and haul it away. (Store policy, heard a staff member explaining it a few times while we were checking out).

I bought a really good looking microwave oven at the Boston Road store. In the store, the light turned on and the glass dish turned around, but when I got it home, I discovered that it did not heat food (at all). Was told "all sales are final", but they did give me store credit. So, be very careful buying electronic stuff at this store!!!!

Love it here. Wednesdays are 50% off almost the entire store. I just discovered it is easier to shop here between 4 and 8 The store is nice and quiet, clean and organized. Better still, it is totally restocked for the next business day. It is a second hand paradise!
