Im appalled by this florist! Somehow their online ordering made a mistake in my delivery address and when I called to request the change of address they never called back. I sent an email as well. When the day of my delivery came, I called four times....in which on my fourth time they finally picked up and said they were only picking up the phones for emergencies and then proceeded to blame me for the wrong address. The woman was rude and then cancelled my order completely instead of sending it to the correct address and I had requested! Dont waste your money on this florist! HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!
