I have tried to be fair, I called corporate and received no contact from the franchise owner. I suspect he is the same rude individual who caused me to call corporate. So disappointing, I love the fruit, but will never return after the kind of treatment I experienced. I purchased enough that I was issued a coupon for 12 dipped pieces of fruit. I call to order and was told 12 of any fruit was the same price and ordered 12 strawberries, my inlaws have trouble with the apples. When I arrived a very rude man who said I could only have mixed fruit and it would include the apples. I asked why if they all cost the same amount would it be limited to mixed and he said I wasnt paying for it so I shouldnt complain. Thank you so much for the loyalty coupon, but no thanks.

I ordered a few times from this location. Two pickups and one delivery and i have been very happy with the quality of the arrangements and the customer service. The location is great and parking is right outside the door. Edible Arrangements win over flowers every time! We just got a second delivery from them. Fantastic strawberries and super sweet watermelon! Excellent overall!
