I have been a Cricket customer for several years. For the first time last week, I experienced an issue with my phone requiring me to use my warranty and get a new device. I visited this location yesterday, and got the most help Ive ever had from a cell phone service provider. Jordan sat with me for over an hour and helped me contact the Cricket warranty service and set up my new device. We ran into some unique snags during this process, but Jordan remained very patient, upbeat, and helpful. I am very happy with my new phone and with the service I received to help me get it set up. I recommend this Cricket location, and Cricket cell service, to everyone!

I walked to the store knowing nothing about cricket and I wasnt planning on switching my Verizon service because Ive had them for years but the person whom I spoke to was the owner himself and thats something unique you dont see in most businesses anymore. All I can say that he really educated me and answered all my questions, now I know more about phones and services thanks to his patience. Now I have cricket and happy with the service. Will be sending all my family and friends to this store, Great customer service and very nice people. Thank you Jordan

The customer service representatives were friendly and efficient. They were experienced and knew how to get the job done. Even though I had to wait in line; they provided water and snacks. Also, Cricket provides affordable plans that cover Canada and the US - which was perfect since I am moving to Boston for school. Overall, a great experience!

Being new in the US and having no clue about getting connected to a cellular network on my own, I went to this cute little shop in Somerville to seek personal assistance. Chelsea, very awesome and friendly employee, helped me to set up the network. If I have a problem, I now know where to go.
