Very unpleasant experience. A few weeks ago I brought in my daughters phone to fix the broken screen before she goes back to college. Three week later the screen went bad, developing dark lines all over and most of the screen stopped responding to touch. Since my daughter is 1500 miles away I asked for refund so that she can fix the phone locally. I was told off in a very cold and unprofessional manner. The employee offered to ship the phone to Florida (another 900 miles away) to be fixed there!? Several days without the phone and with additional inconvenience to ship and wait for delivery was unacceptable, and since I lost the trust in the quality of iFixYouri replacement parts and customer service, I rejected this offer and asked the employee to record in his system my complaint and my request for refund. The employee became very unprofessional, telling me things like that I should fix the phone myself and that the phone was probably damaged by water (which was not, water damages dont affect the screen in the same way). He continued to give me some lame excuses and blaming everything else but the quality of the replacement part. At the end he asked me to leave his store! That was the lowest possible level of customer service. I would recommend anyone in Brookline to seek for some other place to fix their phones, there are many professional services with the high quality parts and superior costumer services in Boston and Cambridge. A bit less convenient, but worth the trip! #IDidnotFixYouri

I was having a number of problems with my iPhone (difficulty, then complete failure to recharge, rapid loss of charge, erratic home button, etc.). It turned out that my phone had a nasty cluster of concurrent problems, which had to be chased down sequentially, one by one. Over several visits to the store, I dealt with three different tech associates, each of whom was as personable, friendly and committed to helping me , as you could possibly wish for Each time they explained to me precisely what they thought was the the new problem and what they were going to do to try to solve it. Eventually they tracked my problems down to three separate hardware failures – all interacting in weird ways – but did not charge me a penny for all their extra effort nor even for the several replacement parts they swapped in. So now they have me as a customer ‘for life’, and I’m sure they will treat you just as outstandingly as they did me. On a scale of 1 to 10, I’d give them a 15 !

I went their on friday afternoon because I couldnt turn on my phone. They told me they will call me back once they found the issue. I did not get any call back until next day and when I called them back I found out they have wrong number. However, Still, they couldnt find the issue because there were no right person to examine the issue. They told me they will find out the issue no later than tomorrow. The next day, I called them in the morning and the guy told me they have replaced the batteries and should be finished within hour. I went their few hours later and they told me they took out the batteries again and saying they cant fix the phone and told to see somewhere else. If they have told me earlier, I would have not need to wait for three days. I am not blaming them for not fixing my phone but pointing out their poor time management and the quality of service. Very unpleasant experience and disappointment on the service.

Service was sub-par. Was told on four or five different occasions over a six week span that somebody would be in touch with an update on the status of my phone. I was supposed to receive a call "tomorrow", "within 48h", "next week" etc. and was not contacted with an update once. I ended up calling or visiting the store each time after the deadline had passed to get an update, even supplied details and context on what was supposed to be done because the internal support ticket system had not been updated. Responsibility or ownership of the repair job itself seemed to shift from one person to another and eventually people seemed glad to just hand the phone back with no recommendation on what to do next. Cannot recommend.

I had an issue that my phone was not charging and my iPhone is essential to my professor and personal life and to me that was a situation that needed to be addressed. I came in to the Brookline store which I did not not know was there but real easy to find and I got my phone diagnosed X and fixed within a reasonable and sooner than expected time frame. I was real happy with how friendly, and efficient the service was and the prices are competitive and affordable!!! I love this shop and have recommended it to all my friends and colleagues!!

very pleased with repair and service i received today. needed to have iPhone 6 screen replaced. was able to come in, drop off the phone and pick it up in a little over 30 minutes. was pleased that they ran tests on the phone prior to doing any work so that we were on the same page about the condition of the phone i was leaving. store is pretty new (early may in this location). encourage you to try them out.

Unbelievably helpful service. I had cracked a screen and ordered a replacement to attempt to fix it myself. The new screen didnt work, but the tech at iFixYouri took a look while I was waiting to figure out that my "new"screen was defective. He replaced my screen within a couple of hours and Im good to go. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!

I brought in an iPhone 4s with a broken screen. They said that they would look at it for free and call with a quote. Everything work as planned and the phone is fixed. Very professional and a great experience. They also fix computers and recover lost data. Ill be back before you can say "Spilt orange juice on the keyboard."

The service and quality of work at this location of iFix was fantastic. Fast, informative, and the phone works far better than before. The battery replacement literally took only 10 minutes and the customer service was highly attentive. Highly recommend this store!

Been here with a broken screen twice and they fixed my phone both times in about an hour each time. I honestly couldnt be happier with the place, they do a great job and for cheaper than what I had anticipated.
