Be careful of a bait and switch scheme. My husband and I purchased a sofa that they had right on the floor and was available in 2 different colors. The next day I noticed my sales order had the wrong color and when I asked for an updated sales order it was $300 more. I was told that it was my fault because I gave them the wrong sku numbers! WHAAAT? The salesperson entered the numbers in the computer, not me. Then the furniture arrived and it was not what we ordered. Of course what they sent was more money. Again I was told that I kept changing my order. Yeah, to make it right. Thank God I only bought a sofa and not the whole room (as we originally planned). If they screwed up a sofa that badly I can only imagine how much worse it could be. NEVER AGAIN

Quality, well-made, really nice furniture. However, the pressure from the salesperson can be a bit much. I even stated that I was just looking; it was only the second place Ive been to for a living room set. However, the push to finance thousands of dollars of furniture, even at 0% interest, is a bit of a turn-off.

Very non pushy customer service. Prices are much higher than discount furniture places like Bobs. Quality seems excellent tho the prices cause sticker shock
