NEVER BUYING HERE AGAIN! I bought a sofa more than 5 weeks ago online as recommended by the sale representative at the Burlington store (who ended up receiving my online order for process). I was advised that it would take 2 to 4 weeks for the furniture to arrive. It didnt happen even though they emailed me with a delivery date of December 27th. After not receiving my furniture I called Bassett at Burlington to find out how much longer. The sale representative Cynthia took my call and her answer was "it takes longer because this is not Bob furniture store where the furniture is in a warehouse". What an attitude and its the worst costumer service I have ever experienced!!! Cynthia is right I bet if I went to bob furniture I would have received better costumer service but I made the mistake of going to Bassett. Still I havent received my furniture. I called again and now it will take another week. Lesson learned never buying here again. First and last time ever. Thank you Bassett for such a poor costumer service and not holding the company to good standards.

Design consultant (JoAnne Lucas) is very talented and the furniture selection process was phenomenal. She navigated us through decisions without once ever having us feel like we were being "sold." Yeah, it cost more than furniture at a discount store, but our loveseats and chairs were custom-designed and scaled for us and the room size - not picked out from whats available on the floor. JoAnne even came out to our house to make sure the fabrics looked good in the actual room! From beginning to end, Bassett is solid quality. I am very confident that the furniture we bought will last a very long time.

A dissapointing experience! I agree with the previous review, when they are trying to sell you something, they will promise everything! I bought a dining room set for over $4,000.00 and I took a wood sample home (for $50.00) to match with my kitchen cabinets. I went back to the store two days later to place my order, and was told they made a mistake and gave me the wrong pricing. A difference of $350.00, and they wouldnt honor the written statement. No empathy, and very little apologies for their mistake. As a customer I shouldnt have to pay extra for their mistakes. Wont shop there again.

"Overall it was a good experience and I am happy w/my furniture. The only issue was w/one rug. It was delivered twice w/o the custom border, resulting in a long wait to have the room complete. The store staff was extremely apologetic and checked w/me until the right rug was finally delivered."

We had a great sales associate (MJ LaBelle) who helped us with our furniture selection. We were extremely happy with the help and support she provided during the sales process. The delivery team were great (George and Ken), they were careful, courteous and proud of their job.

J/a little update... i got in touch with head quarters... they are replacing my pillows... which I am greatful for. But they cant do anything about the replacing the fabric... that is up to the ATL store. So... I semi like Bassett... but the store in Atlanta can go to hell.

I did not buy anything. I could not even if I wanted to. Its ultra expensive. Every design kept on display is bland white. Not much options. It is more like a poster place for HGTV. Nothing more. If you re looking for a white based look, good place, if u have deep pockets.
