A Private User

After literally sitting in every sofa in Boston I chose one from this store that was significantly more expensive then Id planned because it was without a doubt the most comfortable one in the metropolitan area. If only it were the same one that was delivered. The one in my living room is so uncomfortable that people refuse to sit in it. The store insists that eventually it will feel like the floor model that I thought was a fair example of what Id be purchasing....after, they say, thousands of people have sat in it over years and years. They insist that because they do not warranty comfort, there is nothing they can or will do.

Not even one star! I purchased a sofa and a middle table with a circle side table form Boston Interiors 3rd Ave, Burlington, MA. Shortly after (2 mounts) the sofa delivered to our house the sitting pillows started loosing the shape and ttly deformed (we dont have a kid or a pet and barely use it during this time), and the pillow cases also start to piling. We didnt get any help both from Boston interiors and its very rude and useless costumer service. Very bad quality furniture, over price and horrible costumer service... for them everything is until they sell their product...

I appreciate that the folks working here are friendly and helpful without being pushy at all. We have a beautiful, sturdy coffee table from Boston Interiors and just ordered a new leather sofa to match. Nearly everything they carry is made in the USA or Canada.
