I went there around Christmas time and purchased a 800$ sectional with the 150$ 10yr warranty, when I came in to pick it up my sectional the owner told me the only one they had was the floor model the has been sat on buy all types of people from dirty coats to children jumping all over it. This couch is not worth 800$ we asked when will u have more I asked, because obviously if I buy an 800$ couch I want a new one or a discounted credit applied to my due balence. The owner told me it had to be ordered and he wasnt sure how long it would take to get it here. And they cannot discount it even though the sectional was clearly not brand new condition. I was desperate for a sectional because I was having guest for some time and this is where 2 of them will sleep. So I took the USED sofa that I am paying FULL PRICE for it Back to the financial part. The total balance after warranty and taxes was just shy of $1000, I financed it because it seemed like the best solution during the purchase portion which was 5 days before picking up the sectional 5 DAYS! THEY HAD 5 DAYS TO CALL ME AND SAY "THE SOFA YOU WANT WONT BE IN FOR QUITE SOME TIME, DO YOU WANT A DIFFERENT ONE? So were going over everything and the sales associate said pay it in 90 days and you wont have to worry about interest (obvious fact when financing anything everywhere). I asked how much will interest be? The sales rep told me not much. NOT MUCH! AFTER THE 96 DAYS later I called the loan company for my balance and they told me a little over $1800. WHAT?! $1800. I told them that cant be right he said take it up with the store but thats what I see on my end. I went back to the store and now Im passed. I waited 1 1/2hrs to speak with the owner who kept saying one sec let me just, one sec let me just. Taking care of customers that had come in AFTER I had gotten there! Finally after there were no customers other than me and my family there, he asked me how can he help because he knew why I was there. I told him the whole shebang. And he goes down the list and he tells me everything looks right and I asked him how? He told me well its after the 90 days and so now you have the interest added to the bill. And I said well yeah but its only a wk after the 90 days. Well yeah he told me the interest is almost double

SHOP ELSEWHERE ! THEY DELETED OUR LAST POST SOMEWAY - GOOGLE NEED TO LET CUSTOMERS KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT STORES TO HELP PROTECT FUTURE CUSTOMERS ! THEY GAVE US A RUN AROUND...... SHE PAID CASH FOR A MATTRESS SET (WHICH THE MATTRESS NEVER MADE IT ON OUR SLIP - SHADYYYYYY....) ON DELIVERY THE MATTRESS WAS FORGOTTEN BECAUSE THE DELIVERY GUYS SLIP ONLY HAD OUR BEDROOM SET - BEDROOM WAS ON SLIP BECAUSE IT WAS PAID BY DEBIT THEY MADE MY WIFE PAY $100 FOR DELIVERY AT THE STORE - THE DELIVERY GUYS STILL ASKED TO BE PAID $60 AT THE HOUSE UNTIL 1 GUY CALLED THE STORE - WE PAID $100 AND THEY PAID DRIVER ONLY $60 (THATS AWFUL - IT WAS HARD WORK) AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND WILL NOT RETURN

The furniture is okay. My bedroom is brown and I bought brown chest and nightstand but they delivered my bed in black. Why would I want a black bed if my furniture is brown. I called and complain and they did not really care. So if I want to exchange I would have to pay to deliver and set up again. Why? That is not my fault.
