DO NOT GO TO BOSTON INTERIORS! Was looking to get a couch set as our family set was getting old. The price was high, but we figured we were getting a great, well made product for the high price we were paying. We picked out what was recommended to be very comfortable and durable. We paid a little over $3000 with the protection plan. After a month or two we noticed that every time we even sat on the couch, the cushions would sink in. When we would get up they would stay sunken and misshapen. I would constantly be fixing them after every single person sat and got up. We like to occasionally lay at night. When lounging on the arm of the couch, it was hard. It was like the wood was right under the fabric. When you leaned against the back of the couch, the back cushions would get slouchy and stick. We noticed that the seams of the love seat were coming a part. The only people sitting on the couch were me, my husband, and my 20 year old son. So no one was jumping, spilling, ripping this couch. Boston Interiors had me take pictures and email them in. I then decided to go to the store myself, taking cushions with me. The sales people couldnt believe the way the cushions looked. Not only were the cushions slouchy, but they were misshapen. They didnt even sit flat. We were re-directed to a customer service person on the phone. We pleaded our case, that went on stressful for over 9 months. was told to unzip the cushions, stick my hand in the and rearrange the middle, every single day. For the money, I found doing this every single day ridiculous. We were told that this is what we ordered and that some people like this look. This look, was horrendous. Our couch looked 20 years old. They sent out a special man to put in new inserts into the cushions. He only brought inserts for the bottom sitting cushions, not the back cushions too. The when he took his supplies out, he informs us he didnt even have the right ones. They sent out another person, telling us that he was going to do something physically. When he gets to our house, all he does is take pictures. Pictures that we already sent. We were playing phone tag for months on end. They didnt want to help us. The longer we had the couch the more wear they accused us of having on the couch. They gave us the option to have them put in foam inserts, instead of the expensive feather we were advised to buy. I insisted we get some money returned since foam is a lot cheaper. They refused. All the while, the pillows that came with the couch were horrible too. There was no zipper. We found out after a while that the feathers were not in any sort of case inside the pillow. The feathers were all over our house. They were coming through the pillow case and getting all over the place. We eventually had to put them in a bag and put them away. I am not one of those difficult customers. I never complain. I tried to make this couch work, but for the money I paid, it was a hit to my family for such poor quality. After 9 months being jerked around by our customer service lady, we were given two options. A brand new couch of the same couch, or a refund, with a quarter of what we paid taken out, since we had it for 9 months. We demanded all of our money back. We started complaining about this couch at around month #4. We took the refund. We did not want any more furniture from this place. They made us pay for them to pick it up. Ridiculous. At first they wouldnt even take back the furniture protection. Why would we need furniture protection for furniture we did not have? We fought and got them to refund us that. We ended up going to Bassett. We got an amazing couch. The fabric is sturdy. You can tell its nice. The arms of the couch are cushy. When we sit on it and get it, it springs right back into place. We never have to fix the cushions. We also ordered a dining table from Bassett. When we got it, the leaf didnt fit right. We sen pictures and called right away. Customer Service was phenomenal and it took less than a month for us to get a new leaf.

Im so disappointed in the Hyannis Flip Top table we ordered last fall. Its incredibly wiggly - my husband and I have both attempted to tighten it somehow but there are no exposed nuts or bolts we can tighten. Ive called Boston Interiors and the best they could say was "I dont know what else to tell you. You can bring it to our warehouse" and that the fact that its wiggly and needs to be tightened somehow is not covered under warranty. So pathetic and such horrible customer service. Thanks for the help Boston Interiors. You lost a customer out of us and weve been sure to relay this message to everyone we know. Thumbs down.

This store is so much better than their other location was. This one is HUGE! It is so beautiful, well laid out, and the staff is amazing. I always trust Boston Interiors and am furnishing our new 2BR condo with all Boston Interiors. One thing most people might not know is that they offer an In Home Design Service! They come out, measure, and then you meet them at the store later that week - and Voila! I felt like I was on HGTV! Amazing experience with Amanda and Elissa!
