I walked in initially to view the artists books, I had something very specific already designed. I met Jenny at the desk and immediately struck up a conversation. I loved her portfolio, so I showed her my design. She had something drawn up the next day that I absolutely loved! She stuck with my design completely while making it look so much better. The atmosphere at the shop was friendly and relaxed while maintaining professionalism. She also drew a piece for my sister in law, right on the spot which was beautiful! I will absolutely be returning for future work from Jenny James!
