This Store Sucks! The people in there seem nice at first but then screw you. I went to the store looking for an upgrade from my blackberry to an HTC EVO. The guy said i wouldnt have to pay the $10 premium fee cause it was waived. So after getting my phone i saw the $10 dollar fee on my bill! I called the store and asked them and he said it was his mistake. So now im stuck paying the fee. They lied to make an extra buck!

I went in ready to spend $600.00 on an upgrade and accessories on Saturday March 26th there was a girl there right at 10am didnt get name but I clearly wanted an android phone and she kept telling me about Apple phones? BTW THIS SPRINT STORE WONT LET YOU BUY A PHONE OUTRIGHT AT UPGRADE PRICE! YOU HAVE TO LEASE AND SHE SAID THAT ALL SPRINT SITES DO THAT AND I FOUND THATS NOT TRUE! SHOP AROUND!

Horrible!!! I set up an appointment on line to have my phone looked at. When I get there the rep goes "we dont have anyone here to do that". He explains how the website system just allows customers to make appointment when theres no tech on duty. I think they should just close on Sundays then, all I saw was 2 reps in that store doing absolutely nothing. Thank you.

The shittiest place on earth, very bad service. Just bunch of liars. The store manager and employees are just thieves and liars. They are not trained or educated to provide good service. you will get charged more than you see on the receipt and you will fight to get it back.
