I recently became a member in BJS and the one thing that seems not so good is all offers are given in the form of coupons. Its a wholesale club and only members can purchase from there, so why should the offer be in the form of coupons. It can directly be displayed on the aisle on the products price card. It is really hectic to go through the entire coupon book and tear the coupons applicable to us and apply them one by one at the end of the purchase is crazy. They need to work out some way to remove this process. Sams Club is a step ahead in this case. Unfortunately we dont have a Sams Club in our area.

Pretty awful customer service. They will make people wait forever to correct an error in their favor. That is with 5 managers standing around, laughing, while one person works the customer service desk. Also often out of things, and/or arbitrarily move things to another unrelated section.

This is the nearest wholesale club near my house. More convenient than Costco but I would prefer that over bjs. Overall, this is a good place to buy wholesale products.

Large warehouse. Maybe the largest BJs. They sell gasoline, alcohol and there is a tire center. This is one of the rare complete warehouse and shopping experience.

Need more people in tire center on weekends if you know you will have lot of people coming in for tire rotation, purchasing tires etc. One person is not enough.
