Update! The General Manager of the Enfield Costco called me and set everything straight. They are once again are very generous in making day old baked goods available to the homeless. Last Sunday I showed up and they had a very generous amount available which was very much appreciated by those in need. Thank you Aaron! Original issue...... I have been an executive member of Costco for decades. I also volunteer for Friends of the Homeless in Springfield. For the last few years, I have picked up day old baked goods on Sundays to help feed them. Costco management has been generous up till now, but apparently they have had a recent change in management. Last Sunday when I showed up as I always have done, I was condescended to, yelled at and told "who cares about your soup kitchen!" Well get to it when, and if were good and ready!" I left and returned 3 times only to get the same treatment! Sad to say that particular manager should not last long in a fine organization like Coscto!

Customers for this particular COSTCO location have less privileges. For instance we do not have access to organic 2% milk, Kirkland paste are few to name.In contrast New Britain COSTCO, CT provides a great variety of options comparable to this club. Cell phone jammer is another worse thing to name.

A lot of organic products. Seems to be more than the West Springfield Costco. Although there are a few organic products W.Spfld Costco has that this one doesnt such as butter.

A quicker check out would be so nice. I stood in line for 10 minutes to buy 3 items. Then waited another 5 to exit the store. Other than slow check out, I love Costco.

Great prices and excellent customer service. Make sure you bring your own reusable bags to make shopping easier, as they dont provide any.
