If youre looking to be told what phone to get, and be on your way, an awesome location. This store was crazy helpful like 10 years ago, but a lot has changed. Just went in there to get some info on new phones, and the guy behind the counter starts trying to sell me an iPhone without even asking what I was looking for. He then moved on to the second most expensive phone in the store. I explained again that I was just looking for information and was told in short that what I see is what I get, and the top of the line phones are good phones. When it came time to discuss pricing is when I made up my mind not to buy from there, as he denied that Sprint even did 2 year contracts with the purchase of new phones anymore except in special circumstances online. Bottom line: This store is keeping some very money hungry associates behind the counters. Bad place for straight information.

The most incompetent workers you will ever meet. Not only are these people not willing to help you with any problem you may have, but they are also rude and act as if the costumer has no knowledge of what they are in the store to inquire about. I have never been so disgusted with service and been treated so poorly as a consumer in my entire life. Major changes need to be made to this "corporate store" as well as an adittude adjustment. I would recommend hiring more professional workers as well, in which you could identify with a name tag and wear proper sprint apparel.

Extremely poor customer service, purchased 4 iphone 7 with the promise of being able to change 1 phone to 7s when they recieved them. Called every week to be told they havent received any dont worry they said. NOW you have exceeded your 30 days there is nothing we can do for u ..... take your money, never return calls, excuss after excuss .... shkuld have stayed with AT&T

I went there with little hope in Sprint, however due to a staff member named Jordan who works there, my mind was changed. He was very helpful and informative, and ou could tell that he has the customers best interest and not just looking to make an extra buck out of them.

Used to be a good store. One clerk stays out front while rest are in back playing video games or poker while folks are waiting for help in the show room....waited 20 minutes during my lunch break only to walk out since I had no more time to wait.....

Awesome store, good ppl..Would have gave 5 stars but a few times that I went there, they were out of what I wanted. They need to keep more stock in stock...Other than that Top Shelf!
