this is the 3rd worst experience i have had in this store. There are no customer service skills in that store they would rather lose a customer of 10+ years to make an extra dollar on the spot. Please do not go to that store you are better off calling 611 to do all your transactions before you go to that store. I will NEVER go there again. I have been a customer for 10+ years and on the verge of leving them all together. The worst store ever.............

I used to go all the way into Cambridge to the store at Alewife brook Pkwy. but now I neednt bother! The guys in this store are incredibly helpful,solicitous and they know what theyre doing! This is the only cingular/AT&T store where I havent had an unpleasant experience. Kudos to you men! M. R. Coleman-Dion

Salesman changed my plan insisting it was cheaper without actually doing the math. Was trying to really push me towards it, but when I did the math it would have been $20 more expensive every month. Seemed disappointed when I noticed.
