This is terrific bike shop. I ride a few thousand miles per year and wear out a lot of parts - Bradleys always have everything I need, in stock and reasonably priced. They are very knowledgeable and helpful, ensuring that I get what I NEED as much as what I WANT - and they stand by the things they sell. My experience with them in keeping my old bike on the road has been so positive that when I was ready for a new generation bike, RJ Bradleys was the first place I went. After looking around, even on the web and tax-free NH, I got my new wheels at Bradleys. Couldnt be more pleased!!!

Went in to buy ski boots with my 3 year old, tried a used pair. The guy that seemed to be the owner tells me they are $40 and leaves. Went to pay and the guy at the register asks me: how much did he say? I said $40. He says no way, he must have said at least $45 or $50 (accusing me of lying for $5) - insulted by a 20 year old moron! Never going in there again. As if there is shortage of ski stores. Idiotic behavior, no idea how to treat customers. Need some retail training desperately!

I totally agree with previous reviewer. Do we have 0 star? If I have 0 star option, I will absolutely give 0. The owner is very rude. (He may do very well in North Korea) The staff usually give wrong items, which is very small to my kids. (It is choking and too painful ih their foot) Their motto is sale is final. If you are lucky, there may be exchange or store credit. It looks that those are very difficult from the dictator. My advice is to stay away from this shop.

Paul has been very helpful with our upcoming bike camp happening in April at Lawrence Academy. Giving us his time and attention to learn how to fit bikes to children with disabilities, as well as offering us a discount on bikes for our campers. Wow, Im really surprised by the two bad reviews. Maybe it was sour grapes for not getting what they wanted. I bought my snowboard there 4 years ago and I have leased a snowboard for my son and skis for my daughter there for the same number of years. Always had a great experience.

I have been in a bunch of times to get parts for the kids bikes and had them do some work to my mountain bike. They are always a great crew of people. Helpful knowledgeable and friendly.

They are very expensive, but they have the corner of the market
