Great customer service. It doesnt even feel like "customer service," really, it feels more like "Hey this person is really passionate about and would love to talk about it." I went in to buy a bike and Jeff took the time to learn about what I planned to do with the bike and explained the different options (rim/disk brakes, drop/flat bars, etc.). There was no upselling -- he even looked through their entire inventory of used bikes to save me some $. Ended up getting a new Trek FX2 7.2 (at the same listed price on Trek) and Ken in the bike shop showed me how to do basic maintenance as he was putting my bike together. Good products and good people - cant ask for more.

Je viens de louer un vtt pour la journée. Le vélo était vraiment très bien, jai pu faire des tours dans le park jouxtant le magasin, en partant du facile au plus difficile puis jai fini par faire de la route. Noubliez pas davoir une carte ou un gps pour vous retrouver. Jai juste trouvé le prix du vélo un peu élevé pour lavoir de 11h à 16h30.

Berkshire County Hiking Group had a day on Stockbridge Bowl where we rented Kayaks from Arcadian Shop and we also were able to secure a few Paddle Boards. We had a fantastic time and partly because the folks at Arcadian Shop helped us with the Kayaks by bringing them to Stockbridge Bowl for us and showing us how to use them best with some instruction on Paddle Boards as well. The staff there were really friendly and helped me find my perfect fit in a new pair of Asics based on what I was experiencing with my old shoes. I havent had a blister since!

Best shop for kayaks in Berkshire County. These guys have been awesome from when I first got into kayaking four years ago. They set up a test paddle for me and got me into the perfect boat! The staff is friendly and helpful and I recommend them to anyone looking to get into the sport.

Use to be a good place but will never shop there again. Its due to the current management, staff and pricing games they play along with poor technician service when it comes to setup and proper tuning. Arcadian Shop No More! Dont suggest you go there either. Someone who knows
