Lev, Travis and the Staff of Concord Outdoor Sports Center, Just want to thank you all for such a great experience that my wife and I had when we purchased our 2017 Winnebago Minnie 2455BHS Travel Trailer from you on 1 September 2016. You were very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had on Winnebago models that we looked at. We both felt very comfortable with the buying experience and at no time did we feel that we were being misled on the product models or pressured into buying an extended warranty. After the sale, Travis did an outstanding job to make sure that we completely understood all the functionality of our new Travel Trailer. Lev spent almost two hours modifying our existing trailer hitch to accommodate our new camper when he could have easily sold us a new hitch and components. These are customer service attributes that you will not find at any RV dealerships. Your price for the Trailer that we purchased was competitive compared to other dealers, but it was your commitment to providing us outstanding customer service during the buying and customer setup process was the reason why we went with Concord Outdoor Center. My wife and I have always enjoyed camping and spending time in the outdoors. However, the time came when we no longer wished to tent! We did a lot of research and had decided on a class C motor home when one even evening we stopped at Outdoor Sports Center in Concord NH and looked at their on-site inventory. With some interest we stopped in again on a Saturday and it was the best stop we have made in a long time. Meeting Lev and Leah we learned more about travel trailers and WITHOUT any hard sales pitch we came to the conclusion ourselves that a travel trailer was the best fit for us. This family is outstanding in customer service. After our purchase we called Lev a few times and he always answered our questions and made us feel like we were not at all bothersome. The crackerjack mechanical staff provided all the necessary information to us when we picked up our Winnebago Minnie. I have gone there for "emergency service" on a few occasions and they will stop what they are doing to help get me on the road. Many thanks to Lev for taking the time to diagnose and repair a major system (AC) in our camper that Camping World said had to be replaced at great expense and would take at least 10 days. He also repaired a faucet and a ceiling fan. Three hours total! Thanks to you our trip departure is on schedule.
