Worst place Ive ever felt with call to verify an items price when I get to store the item is $40 more and they well not work with me Do not go they have no idea whAt they are doing and zero customer service abilities called and talked to Rick He said that it was a mistake and that he well not sell the item for the price I was quoted but he would sell it for the same price as Amazon. So now he wants me to waste more fuel and time going back there just to get the item for the same everyday price at Amazon. Hey people do yourselves a favor just order through Amazon they are always less money on everything you dont have to waste fuel and time. or deal with staff that has no clue what they are doing. There is no reason for any of us to help keep this place open This all starts from one employee being too lazy to actually do there job and an owner that well not honor there mistake If your thinking Harrys think again you well be much happier and your wallet well be happier at any other store.

I had a very good experience at this store. Yesterday night I went to buy myself a pair of Corcoran boots as I have heard a lot about these high quality leather boots. In the princeton area I only found this store carrying Corcorans. From my past experience of going to Army Navy stores, it hasnt been a very accommodating experience. Usually it is the get your things and get out attitude. But I was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service provided at this store. I highly recommend Scott, who helped me pick out the right Corocoran boots after I tried out many different sizes. He was very friendly and helpful. As I had done my research prior to going to the store, to my surprise, the price for the boots were about right if not cheaper than what many websites offered. I love my boots and loved the experience!! Highly recommend this store.

I placed an order for an item on Dec 12th expecting for xmas, and the item was eventually placed on back order. Christmas eve came and the item was not delivered, noone bothered to call to tell me it was on back order and christmas was a disappointment thanks to the inattentive people that run Harrys Army Navy - next time I will use another vendor or order from the manufacturer directly. I called the store and they said I would receive it by Monday - Monday rolled around I did not get the item so I called the store again - the people there were very rude and changed their story on me, they did not make any attempt to help out or set things right, I will NEVER buy anything from this store due to the ineptitude of the employees and complete lack of respect and customer service was ATTROCIOUS.

Love this store! This place is the only of its kind in the area (at least as far as I know lol). A majority of the staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help explain, teach, and make decisions regarding their items, and all of the staff I have met have always been extremely friendly. If theyre unable to answer a question for you they will call over a staff member who can. Some items are overpriced but they do have decent sales from time to time. On top of it, they are located right next to Cheyennes Mtn Outfitters which has a good selection of firearms and accessories. Def worth checking out if youre into this kind of stuff in my opinion. Just make sure you have a decent amount of money if you plan on buying something nice.

Went there to get a high priced benchmade knife. The price was about $25 more than I could have bought it online. The guy that helped me did his job and thats about it. Not a friendly place from my experience. Some knives are decently priced and I decided to but it because I wanted it now and wanted to support local businesses. Would I buy there again? Yes but I wont spend extra money on something I cant wait 2 days and save a lot. If the service was better and the staff was more knowledgeable I wouldnt mind but it wasnt a good experience.

This store has everything! Clothes, jeans, boots, sneakers, camping, fishing. Im not a real outdoor enthusiast but I just love looking around this place. Great selection of fishing tackle and work clothes which Im shopping for most. Personally, Im a big fan of doing business with independently-owned places and when the selection is great and the prices are fair, so much the better. Thats why I go to Harrys. Theres lots of fun, wholesome stuff for kids too.

They do stock a lot of top-quality stuff and price them accordingly. The people at the fishing section are helpful and polite, they give me advice on lures, tackle, and what live bait to use in what season and for what fish. Their service staff are not always reliable and tend to horse around sometimes. The overall montra of this place is "you get what you pay for" and I think its fair to say thats accurate.

I was in the store one time and the register rang up the wrong price. So the sullen loser sales clerks had to figure out the correct price. After about 15 minutes of them stomping around the store and acting like I was being a nuisance, I walked out and never went back. If they cannot fix their own error without acting like jerks, then Ill shop elsewhere.

I would not call it a military anything, I walked in and it was like walking into a fishing and hunting store, a small amount of military gear. I wasted my time going there. I would not recommend anyone who wants to get military gear to go there but if your looking for work clothes or hunting and fishing maybe you will like it.

If youre looking for a good military surplus, or Army/Navy store look elsewhere. This store is 1/4 military surplus, and 3/4 non military camping supplies. They do however, have a good selection of knives and fishing gear. Too bad they arent called Harrys outdoor store, or else they may get more business.

Everything there is pretty much overpriced. I went to buy some fishing stuff, top water frogs to be exact n are priced higher then getting straight from manufacturer. Also as I was sorting through them I noticed some of them were priced differently then others for the same exact frog.

I had a great experience here, the staff is very good and they are very experienced with the material or items that they sell, I go here for my Airsoft needs, armor and bbs also just resentful I bought 2 colts from them and I wasnt getting anything but good performance from them.

Excellent store with knowlegable staff. Not many like it, although I liked it better in the other building. They have plenty of geocache containers, as well as other unique items. If they were open longer on Sundays then Id give it 5 stars.

Visited to purchase Cub Scout uniform parts. Though the store has a wide variety of outdoor clothing and equipment, the selection of Scout Shop materials was limited, and did not seem to cater to Washington Crossing Council.
