I am a customer that started a transaction in another store...the headache began for all involved. There was a definite potential to cancel the entire sale until I walked into the Wareham store . The manager Gary Jean & his right hand man, Charlie, began research. They showed the workmanship that exemplifies the professionalism which kept me a customer. As the pieces began to unfold Gary & Charlie were determined to meet my needs. Gary turned the entire sale around after many call & sitting @ the computer. When the transaction was finally completed after days & hours.I realized that everything happens for a reason. It was for me to see that a sale is not about the commission, it is about the the satisfied, & happy customer.I highly recommend a visit to the Wareham Store...Gary helped me to save $, Charlie was determined thst I would sleep happy...& I am....While the world is so chaotic, I am content. Thank- you Gary & Charlie.

Bought my full size bed with a split box spring along with a matresss protector last year on June 6th. My cat decided to go up on my bed and pee on the sheets last night. Thankfully the mattress protector did its job and kept the mattress from being soaked by the pee. I was thrilled the mattress was not ruined. I called up to get a new mattress protector through the pure care company that makes the protectors since the protector has a warranty so if anything happened, such as pet accidents. I needed proof of purchase and I could not find my receipt. I called up Gary at mattress firm, formally Sleepies, and he was a great help. He gave me the customer service number so I could look up my receipt to be sent to the mattress protector company to show proof of purchase. I strongly recommend this company because they go out of their way to help customers. ☺

After going to several other mattress stores, my dad and I ended up at mattress firm. Shawn was very helpful and told me the best way to test out a mattress and went from ones I liked to similar ones until I found the one I liked the best. My dad was also looking for an adjustable base and Shawn was helpful with that as well. We didnt end up buying anything but we went back tonight and Gary was very helpful as well. I wanted to look at a few more mattresses and then found a new favorite. Both my dad and I got a great deal on clearance items that are basically brand new! They also have a donation bin for clothes and such for foster kids so thats an added bonus! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a mattress or adjustable base.

Charlie, the eager young salesman to be and his boss Gary were just as gentle and made the whole process a wonderful experience!!
