One of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever experienced. Recently released from back surgery. Took a RX for pain to pharmacy. Only wish I had the name of the Pharmacist I have been thru 3 doctors before surgery in 3 seperate locations. Got meds filled at pharmacies close to doctors offices. "attila the druggist" actually said it appears I was shopping for drugs and used the label narcotic addict!! In front if 3 customers. I retired 6 years ago from a 40+ year career as a substance abuse therapist I dont know if Ive ever been so insuilted and treated more rudely by a health professional As a local Im letting as many folks know as possible of this experience. Perhaps she owns stock in CVS. Certainly helping their business

Our family has patronized the West Concord Pharmacy for many years. The staff has consistently been helpful, conscientious and professional in handling all of our needs. They go out of their way to keep customers safe. For example, if a physician fails to respond promptly to refill a prescription or if the physicians office is closed on a weekend, the staff will provide enough medication to tide us over until the refill is eventually approved. They have also alerted us to potential serious drug interactions. We are truly grateful to have the staff of an excellent, independent pharmacy on our health care team.

Each and every time I have had a question about my prescriptions the pharmacists have given me ample time at this pharmacy. They are well informed, courteous and always willing to be helpful, as is the rest of the staff. In addition it is important to support small businesses. West Concord is a lovely town and is the businesses that will help keep it that way.

I transferred my prescriptions here when I got tired of the closest chain pharmacy (not CVS, theyre further away) dissembling about when my prescriptions would be ready - Im talking about "come back tomorrow" after coming when the chain originally said ir would be there. The West Concord Pharmacy is better managed and open..

Friendly, and, yes, comfortable -- not a chain mini-mall, more like an old-fashioned drug-store. Surprisingly large selection, OK pricing, good "medical supply/equipment" selection. Competent, patient staff, and supports the local economy. I happily pass the CVS to get here.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful! Whenever we need to pick up a little something--whether its allergy medicine or even a wrist brace, they not only have what we need but they have the knowledge behind the products as well!
