Showed up to get passport pictures done. The person at the counter said she couldnt do them because she was the only one there. There werent even any customers around. I waited around for almost 5 minutes to be told this and to go to another store. Last time I go to a Rite Aid...

Horrible staff. extremely childish - sent my man there for an emergency item and the door was jammed. Instead of helping him, the workers laughed and looked away. 6pm on a Sunday when I believe they dont close until 9pm tonight. Ridiculous
