Probably one of the worst consigning experiences Ive had. TREATED LIKE AN IDIOT: After shopping there quite a few times, I decided to bring some of my high end, even unworn clothing to sell. The clerk who took my clothing in was very condescending. I had not consigned before, and told her that, but she insisted on speaking to me as if I had already been told what I need to do, and that I was still doing it wrong. Even to the point I felt scolded for wanting to do business with them. REFUSED ITEMS: Also, I presented her with near perfect clothing. Even items that still had tags and she refused 3 out of my maximum allowed items of 15. She found issues with each of them. If I had not seen several items on their racks that were far below the quality of the items I brought, this would not be an issue. RUINED CLOTHING: Also, when I went to go pick up my items, a skirt that still had the tags on it when I brought it in had been ruined; the hem had been ripped open and a rip right up the material, not even on a seam had occurred. When I brought this to their attention, I was treated rudely and told that it was my problem and their receipt for clothing clearly indicates that they would not be held responsible for any items that were damaged in their care. NOT COMPENSATED FOR MY SALES: I stopped in several times after consigning with them. I consigned twice. Each time, they showed me on the screen that several of my items had sold. In fact, of about 30 items, only a few were returned, including my now damaged skirt. I NEVER RECEIVED PAYMENT. And, when I stopped in to see about it, once again, I was treated like I was the one that somehow missed the check in the mail, they would not re-issue the check and according to their records it was sent, so it was my problem. So, EACH STEP OF MY CONSIGNMENT WAS UNCOMFORTABLE AT THE VERY LEAST. From dropping off, being refused items, damaged goods and then, not compensated for high end, name brand, near perfect clothing... better than several of the items in the store.... LITERALLY LOST TIME AND MONEY DEALING WITH THIS BUSINESS, and treated like an IDIOT.

The prices are to high for the area in which you decided to put your store. And there is one employee, I dont know her name but she looks down on people and when she talks to you its more condescending than polite and respectful. I love the store but I can not afford an arm and leg. Its supposed to a consignment shop not Macys! Have a fantastic day
