Okay..this is probably not considered fair as i work here. The thing is, they are great..they just are. They found this amazing formula that matched great quality with ongoing customer service improvement and they make it all FUN! I work in JCP Salon where we all stay on top of training, staff actually means something and tradition is held in high regard. Want a great shopping experience? Want to learn something new? Customer service was beyond horrible. My husband and I were followed around the store by the manager with dirty looks and constant snarky questions if we needed any help. It was so bad that we decided to buy one thing and leave after putting back over $200 worth of clothing we wanted to buy and took our business elsewhere.

Online pick up got good help. Went to mens Dept and sales reps walked past me when I had price questions. Felt like they were being bothered when I asked about a price. Told I could use scanner and kept walking. I may decide to keep walking past JCP and to another store.

I never use to be big on the fashion from jc penny, but I must say their color choices and style Haase improved over the years, and I no longer just pass by. I now walk in and even find myself making a purchase or two.

Very poor selection at this location. Have never been to a pennys this small and pathetic. No selection what so ever in juniors or womans.
