Great store with a super selection to choose from, but when my wife and I went in to get boots yesterday no one even asked if we needed help... There were no customers... Just staff wandering around looking busy. Then when it was time to check out, it took someone almost 5 mins to acknowledge we were waiting at the counter... The ASSISTANT manager finally makes a presence and was such a completely rude unfriendly person. I wouldnt recommend anyone going to that particular location. Every other FF Ive been too all the employees were super friendly and eager to assist. I should have just walked away with thr boots without paying no one would have noticed!!!

The woman with blonde hair need to work on her customer service. She treated her paying customers like garbage. I dont understand why they hire people like this. She was rude to us just because we wanted to pay for a pair of shoe. I guess she would have been happier if I just walked out of the store with the shoes.
