I have purchased at least 5 pairs of shoes from this store. My recent purchase was for a pair of Merrill slip on suede, slip on shoes for $125.00. That was approximately two weeks ago. Today, I saw the EXACT same shoe at a nearby store for $69.99. This was cause for me to look online for my shoes..found them...only $99.99. I went to the store with my story and some pics of the other price tags. At first the gal told me the manager was not in and that price adjustments were not ever given. When I said Id purchased many pairs of shoes and would not come back again...she quickly was able to find a manager..who was actually the owner. I explained the situation and he said no price adjustments. "We dont compete with other stores or online." I told him that I would never shop his store again. His reply, "Ive been in business 43 years, have a good day. " So.....after spending over $500-600 in this guys store over the years.......he cant give me a credit towards a further purchase ? Thats a horrible way to treat a loyal customer. I know that just one (ie me) customer doesnt matter much to him. NEVER AGAIN.

I have been recently dx: Multiple sclerosis. I went to FF to get a pair of shoes to wear to my husbands 30 year reunion. I wear a med id necklace, and a back brace, and I walk with a limp. I had my dress in hand ( as well as cash). I tried to wait upon myself, and dropped a box of shoes. I went and sat down. I waited until a prospective customer stated she had no intention of buying today, and thought I would be waited upon then. No such thing occurred; I got up and the sales man walked away to join another sales lady ( who had watched me drop the box). I said, "Unbelievable - I had cash". The salesman said, "Yeah, you had cash, so..." - I said, "so now Im leaving". He said," well, were very busy and there are only so many of us...(followed by more feeble excuse for poor sales etiquette)...". I thought we were in a recession/depression: isnt cash flow crucial to small businesses? Im buying two pairs of Naot shoes on-line right now...

I and my mother had just stopped in here today(3/3/2016). Truly, it is difficult to find a good pair of shoes that fit. I normally tend to pick up trendy shoes from the mall, but after a short time they could just wear out. Feet first has helpful service for finding a good fit, for pairs of sneakers that have phenomenal support, including a variety of other types of shoes, such as waterproof sandals! May just have to go back next time, or when I need a new pair of shoes and sneakers.

Horrible. As I was paying for my childrens shoes, the sales associate asked for the spelling of my name so I could be added to their database. I politely declined, but the sales associate insisted that she was NOT allowed to sell me anything unless I provide this info, whether I pay in cash or credit card! What kind of policy is this (probably illegal)? No thanks. Ill take my business elsewhere. And will be contacting the BBB.
