I bought my daughter 2 pairs of shoes here and specifically asked if I used my debit card would my daughter be able to get cash back if she had the receipt. I was told yes. The shoes didnt fit and when returning the shoes with the receipt, she was told that she could not get cash back. I had to get a credit on my card. When I told the clerk what I was told she said that nobody would say that to me. She basically was calling me a liar. So I got the credit on my card. I have returned debit purchases to many retailers and have always been offered cash back. This is a bad policy especially if it is a gift return with a sales slip. I feel like customer services need to improve and customers should be treated politely and with respect.

my entire family has been buying sketchers for years this last summer I had entered this store a couple times.Never was I acknowledged or asked if I needed assistance..when I did ask for assistance they pointed across the store "Over there" never the less they have lost a good amount loyal customers over the years.
