The sushi department went out of their way to help us with raw grade quality yellowfin tuna. One of the gentleman ended up packing us a whole tuna steak that was sushi grade, although it was technically not on display for sale. The red meat department is always really helpful as well, and the service at the fish department is hands down my favorite from any Whole Foods Ive been to! Thanks for taking care of us every time guys!

The worst whole food store I have met. I bought baby yogurt from another store and I want to return to this location. Worker in customer service called manager and they said they can not do refund because my baby opened one of them. Its ridiculous. Waste my 15 mins and heard a lot of sorries but nothing they can do.

As soon as I went in this cashier asked me can they help me ...yes that was nice but of all ppl. So I asked if they had a restroim....no. .was the answer. feel like I standed out because I was African American with dreads. Trust me I never felt this way before least for awhile. Smh.... I was not comfortable at all.

I prefer to eat organic Healthy whole foods, however financial reality is what it is. Whole foods should never be the primary market for any community. The very people who cant afford a car to get to a normal market are the same people who cant afford to spend $500 on a weeks worth of groceries.

A little smallish. I have been in a few times and been unable to find what I needed, but the staff is very helpful. Yes its not cheap, but you can find good deals and prices comparable to other markets if you hard enough. Its also much calmer and easier to shop here than many supermarkets.

Ample parking. Relatively spacious for Whole Foods. Friendly staff. Surprisingly, this is one of the best Whole Foods Markets Ive been to. Conviently placed, easy to get in and out of, etc. It is great to have it available even if were only getting a few things there.

Great, fresh food. Super helpful staff who clearly care about helping you find what you need! We have some allergies and they came over to look through ingredients with us to make sure it was ok. And the 365 brand is less expensive for organic than most other chains.

No matter how pricey all their products remember hospitals are much more expensive.Everything you can see is organic, natural or fresh. This is my favourite market that I can find all my needs. Also the workers are very helpful and good. Good service & Good product

Its nice to have a market open in Charlestown again, but Whole Check?! Really us simple folk of C - town were just fine with Johnnys. Unfortunately a market like this just further separates the haves from have not (a big potion of Charlestowns population).

I like it there, because its one of the few opportunities for organic food in Boston. What I dont like is, that less than 10% of the food there is organic, the other just natural and GMO-free.

Awful awful awful. The worst soup I have ever had. Tasteless, watery and musty tasting. Stay away from the prepared foods. I have NEVER gotten anything that isnt sub par. Never again.

My go-to Market. Not as robust as South End, Bostons Market, but also not crammed and small like Symphony. It has all the essentials, and parking is never a problem which is great!
