This store has severe poor customer service. I believe the problem is that the store is being managed by people who lack customer service. I have been a good customer went to return my first item because I was unsatified and the manager Ginny or whatever her name is did not take the time to listen to what I had to say but proceeded to cut me up and told me that she can only offer me store credit and thats fine my issue is not that I got store credit after returning something after two days my issue is that as a manger you lead by example. she did not greet me, she did not listen to my issue she in all honesty she looks miserable to be at her job. Received a call from another manager Christina or Jennifer called her back and have not heard back from anyone. As a business or as a person in a position of power there are certain things you have to do. I guess you guys are just collecting a check. Lost my service and I will not stop stressing what a poor service this place provided if it can be called service.

I had a good experience at this store. They had a good selection, including having my size in stock for most styles. There were not many employees wandering around to help, but the young women N. at the check out was very friendly and managed a number of simultaneous requests by herself around closing time with patience and good customer service.

After specifically asking them to not sign me up for a card or membership after purchasing my shoes, they still put in my information and signed me up so I would get junk mail and who knows what else. They try to trick you into signing up for their credit card without explain what youre agreeing to. This is terrible service and
