Super Great store! Its also pretty big 2 floors. They do custom shoes at this location and have a huge selection of everything converse. I got 2 pairs of shoes from this location that I had never seen anywhere else. I went later at night and it wasnt busy at all. Friendly & helpful staff! If youre on newbury street, check this store out!

Awful finished product: my own design did not adhere to the sneaker, missing a part of the image and the WHITE toe cap and front sole of the sneaker has ink smudges on it from the design, 14 colored grommets are missing. My wife and I were planning to get a his and hers design to commemorate our 5 years of marriage this year,
