My patience has been tested at this store, and thats saying something. Ive come here 7 times to get one problem resolved, my macbook kept shutting off randomly. 1st was a restore of the computer, it did nothing, so they checked the hardware and replaced the logic board. Did nothing as well. The many other times were resets and mounting frustration and distrust. The final time was a shipment to the headquarters for two painful weeks to get it finally fixed. I went to pick it up only to be handed back an unrepaired machine because of a bill I didnt see because of "accidental damage" (it was only to my email and I didnt get a phone call to notify me, only a call to notify me that my machine was available for pickup [the machine was under apple care]). On top of that, this was during the final months of my college semester (with tests, final projects, and loads of stress). I also commute, and Ive had to travel back and forth to school on off days just to do homework because I didnt have a computer to work on. 3 hours of commuting for two months just to do homework and studying for tests... The morals of apple seem to only be for profit and not about customer support or about students. Ive gone to management to talk about my complaint for how many times Ive returned and asked for a replacement for the inconvenience and wasted time, only to be told NO and a negotiation of "The sooner we send it to get it checked out the quicker youll get it back." I couldnt believe theyd use to time card on me, theyve already wasted enough of my time with their incompetence. I felt completely helpless. Did I mention they made a policy to replace parts than machines? Felt more like an excuse as this point because it took them seven times to finally figure out what was wrong. I wonder how my grades are thanks to them... Thank for nothing Apple. Im never buying another apple product again for the service I received, as well as notifying all my friends to never buy apple products. The least you could have done was to replace the damaged parts for free.

Im not sure what all the negative reviews here are about, but my experiences at this particular apple store have always been good, and at the worst, neutral. Its a very busy store, so it gets crowded easily. I assume this is the reason they do a lot of things by appointment. The staff Ive worked with previously have been generally helpful, and mostly knowledgable. The only one snafu I did have was when I brought in my wifes iphone to get the screen replaced. I made an appointment, dropped it off, and when I came to pick it up they almost didnt give it to me because it was put in the system under my wifes name even though I dropped it off. Luckily the guy I gave it to was still there, so the manager did an override and gave it to me, but that was a frustrating experience. Overall, their knowledge is limited to only apple products. It drops off sharply after that. If you use icloud for everything, and all your things are apple, Im sure youll do just fine there. But in the modern age, thats just not the case(nor is it economical). Their prices are just ok. You will almost NEVER find anything on sale in an apple store. If youre looking for a sale, youre in the wrong place.

After waiting four hours between getting an appointment, then actually getting my screen fixed and coming back to pick my phone up and being made wait for it, my patience is well and truly tested. They fixed the screen from cracks but did not connect it properly as it only works half the time, it will not recognise touch when I need to answer a call. I returned to the Apple Store to be told it would be an hour before an appointment even though they were the ones that didnt do the job properly in the first place. The waiting times are outrageous and the positive part your employee tried to tell me was "you already paid once you dont have to pay a second time" why the hell would this even be a suggestion that I would have to pay a second time when the job wasnt done correct in hand. These poor excuses and long wait times and constant problems with iPhone between the awful quality and extortionate prices need to be addressed! Im livid and do NOT need to be read a script of B.S from your employees, that dont use common sense.

I was there on Tuesday the 29th a little after 5.30pm. My phone screen was broken and also I was going to get 3 more phones for my kids and husband for x-mass. The guy at the door asked me if I have an appointment for the broken screen and I said NO should I get one. His answer was "no dont worry we can take you today but it will take 1 hr". One and a half hour later I saw that guy leaving the building for the day and I went to the next guy at the door. His comment was "oh wait here right next to me . I have to put you back in the system. I see your name on the list from 5.55pm. " So I waited next to him and after 10 more min he informed me that they are very very busy and I have to come the next day. Almost 2 hrs. of my free time was taken away from me. I dont know why I wasnt told just to get an appointment for the next day the moment I came at the store. I went straight to Sprint store and got a new Galaxy for my husband and kids. Cant wait to be done with my Apple contract.

Came into the store waited about 15-20 minutes. How do I two children with me then finally got some help. By guy named Dylan. Keep in mind I have my two children what to me. And it was a busy day in the Apple Store. Dylan told me that I can put my child and the child section and told her to stop touching things. What do I look like leaving my little children to go in the child section and a busy store. My intentions today was to come in and buy either a laptop or a desktop. I asked Dylan some questions regarding the product what might be best that he can recommend for my for my needs. Dylan was not helpful so I clearly said this was a big decision. But I was expecting to buy something today. I walked out with nothing but with him saying were here if you need us. If I return to this location I would not work with him. Customer service should be for old, young, families and non-family.

Ugh...went there awhile back back to get a replacement for my phone and ended up going through a huge runaround. The millennial surfer dude at the door was pretty dismissive about my needs and told me that there was a three hour wait but sets me up with an appointment at an entirely different store for a few days later. I go to the other town and go through the rigamarole again with some hipster dinks there only to be turned away with zero help. I ended up going to Verizon and within an hour had a brand new phone and a lowered bill. Now I tried technical support concerning my older iPad and went through all the bs only to end up finding out they cant do squat because its a vintage unit and they dont have any support for it. One star too many!
