Honestly, this store has the best employees and some of the managers are really great people. Their cashiers are amazing workers, especially for teenagers. They have the best customer service. The cashiers and employees anyway. But there is just one major problem I have with this store. The employees are always working hard when I come in, even if they are sick. They always have a smile on their face and ask me how I am. But the problem is the boss. They have all of their managers and what not but what really pisses me off is the general manager. Whenever I go in he is always giving them an attitude or giving them rude answers. He tends to treat the copy center and easy techs with all the respect in the world. But when it comes to the cashiers and floor people he always treats them like pieces of trash. Its like they never do anything right and he just has them there to take his anger out on them. It seems as if he causes tension in the work place and I for one would not appreciate that at all. Otherwise I believe this store is perfectly fine.

I went into this store today to find some pens and a bee calendar for my desk. I found what I was looking for, but this store was a mess! Boxes and carriages all over the place! Each printer isle must of had a carriage full of ink instead of it placed on the shelfs. In the middle of my shopping I had to use the bathroom. Now, I normally do not use public restrooms and I never write reviews but I was disgusted by the conditions of the bathrooms. There were two stalls in the womens, in the first one the toilet bowl kept flushing. In the second one, the handicapped stall, the toilet seat was down and it was caked in feces! I almost walked out, but because Of a medical condition I had no choice but to use the stall that kept flushing. The floors looked like it hasnt been mopped or sweeped in years! All toilet paper dispenser were broken. And the sink you wash your hands in was covered in long black hair and dirt. I work at dunks and I would never ever allow my bathroom to be this disgusting. I walked out and didnt buy anything I wanted.

It seems like every time I go into this store, Im disappointed. Recently, I went to purchase a camera; the tech person did his do-diligence and called another store to put on hold. I drove out of my way and it was not the store that had the time on hold. Then, I went to inquire about computers. They told me to wait a week (time I did not have to spare), my product inquiry would be out; I waited and it was not as they said. Just today, I sent an order to copy and print 3 hours before arriving at the store. No one bothered to look at the job before I arrived. I was given an excuse, no apology and my projects timeline was compromised. A simple heads up email wouldve sufficed. I feel like 9 times out of 10, I am disappointed.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, of they dont have what your looking for they arent afraid to let you know where you can go to get what you need, also in my opinion their product Mitch is alot more fun to shop through n sell than say walking into a Pay Less Shoe Store, they have great return policy and usually no questions asked, if they do ask questions its usually to get to know that product better to pass the knowledge on to another customer that may be making that same purchase...

Very small selection compared to other stores. Self Serve copy machine area is way too small. No Room to Make copies and No desk to put things together as in other Staples stores. Great location just poor planning on Part of corporate. Needs complete overhaul to ever win my business again.
