Marlboro Market is family owned, and you can tell the minute you walk in. Although everything is kind of over-priced, the selection of drinks (including non-alcoholic ones downstairs) is quite good. They also have a fair amount of fresh fruit and other random foods and toiletries. And during the day, their deli is delicious! Definitely a convient corner shop!

Always friendly people working behind the counter who are extremely helpful and will answer any questions that you may have about the area, etc. They also make great sandwiches, deli style, just tell them what you want and theyll make it in a hurry. Convenient place to go when you need beer or wine and maybe a few things on your grocery list.

I worked at Marlboro Market around 1980-81, it was a great neighborhood market and the place has only gotten better. Glad to see that a small market can survive, they did it by offering the best with a smile.
