just bad. not enough employees to help me. whn someone does help me I asked specically for an office chair that goes up and down and back. the chair i got is garbage plus they delivered my chair to my neighbors house. I also find staples to be so expensive that i will never go back

Ordered same day business cards on Monday, its now Thursday and no cards yet. Had to transfer the order to another Staples further away. Should have used Vistaprint.
