I despise this Wal-Mart, the Clinton location and Id even venture to say all remaining Wal-Marts in the Northeast region of the United States, but that wouldnt be fair now would it?? Growing up in Georgia I craved Walmart SuperCenters. It was always a one-stop-shop. From groceries to apparel to virtually anything. And need I mention the 24/7 convenience?! I was so serious about waking up at 3am and going to Wallys World for some Chocolate Malt Balls (Whoppers) cravings. Honnnn-T! And then I had the divine pleasure of living in Arkansas for a few years....chillllle Walmart Headquarters/Corporate is located in Arkansas and their Walmarts were definitely getting my dollars---cha-ching! Flashback: I moved to Maryland and I heard a rumor that there are "no SuperCenters and they close daily at 11pm." Say what now? Run that by me "one more again." [Insert what I really said here!!!] So alright.....to give benefit of the doubt I go & check out these stores that call themselves a Walmart. If nothing else, the store better be clean, stocked and well-managed. I mean you arent 24/7 so you should have plenty of time to cleanup and restock without, customers in the way. Nope! None of the above. Its a shameful mess. So literally within the first 6 months of living in Maryland, Id visited at least 3 different Walmarts and they were all the same. Disorganized, Disheveled, Disappointing....just Disheartening. So I stopped going. Cold Turkey. Target, albeit higher prices, has been my replacement every since and rightly so. Present Day: I was searching high & low for a particular item and could not find it anywhere! I was still searching online and finally I saw that this item was in stock at a nearby Walmart. I almost said forget it because I had refused to ever set foot in any Walmarts in this area ever again. But my husband convinced me to at least see if it was there. It wasnt in stock--go figure. (How many of you guessed that???) Tried another nearby store where they claimed the item was there--it wasnt. They lied again. Lol. Right. I wasnt even mad. Its what they do and fool me twice, shame on me. Oh & dont believe Walmart when they say "2-Day Shipping" online. Not true; itll be at your home in say, about 4 or 5 days, maybe longer. This is why Walmart will continue to always be a multinational retailing corporation....by lying and selling low to the indigent. Bye Walmart and all yall Felishas. Hi Target.

I keep going in because it is the closest Walmart. Last night was bad. First...there was a big line at the pharmacy and then in the middle of it all one of the employees just said "okay...im off now" and left. Then all the lines were really long at the regular cash registers and were not moving(at all). I changed lines 3 times until i finally went to the self check out(which no one was even working there)and i managed to get out. Meanwhile there was a guy walking around preaching to everyone. He was yelling really loud and just walking up to people in line and at registers. No one made a move to make him leave. In a normal store he would have been told to leave. Store is messy and just hope you dont need to go in the restroom there. If i were the manager there I would have someone full-time in there cleaning it and wiping it down. I mean cant they just grab some items off the shelf and keep it clean. YUK!

Shoppers beware - respectable customers use the La Plata Walmart instead! This specific Walmart is a constant mess, unhappy and discourteous employees, and the worst customer service. The restrooms are often blocked with carts and boxes from the Customer Service desk and were covered in filth, papers on the floor, and most of the toilets were unuseable and plugged up from human waste. Even with the recent addition of a very nice grocery section, the negative employee personalities and general dirtiness/mess of the store creates a hood-like atmosphere that attracts rough-looking characters that linger around the parking lot and doorways, making the general public uneasy. Respectable customers go to the La Plata Walmart.

This place is ridiculous!!! Employees are rude and lazy. Management doesnt know how to do their job. Yes, I can speak for management cause Ive been a manager before and guess what!!! Its not against the law to fire employees that dont work or cant get their job done. Dont order from the website either! I placed an order at 9:00 am and at 7:30 pm it still wasnt finished. When I questioned them about why it wasnt, all they could say was they get 200 orders a day. (What ever happen to TEAM work!!!). Well how about make the employees that are walking around talking, texting, and/or hanging outside DO THEIR JOB!!! Or GO HOME!!

I came on this pass Friday to buy a Smart tv, after months of thinking it through. The Assistant Manager Frasat was juggling assisting me and several other customers, as I waited patiently I knew my budget and knew I wanted a Smart tv. Frasat exceeded my expections by listening to my concerns and needs and then proceeded to look for the Perfect tv. He gave me the option to apply for a Walmart card, which made my decision even easier! It my lucky day that he was so patient and helpful. Smart tv was the price and brand I wanted! Great job Frasat ! Continue to give Amazing service! Talia

I have been to several Walmarts in the Central PA, Philly, and Southern MD areas and they all have the sames things in common: Organization needs work, the lines are long, the parking lots are crowded, not spotless, they dont always have the items you are looking for etc. But, people shop there away, and its because they are trying to find things for lower prices (that doesnt always happen either). Walmart is not a high-end retail chain, its a bargain store! So if you go there expecting to shop in luxury you will be disappointed!

Worst nail salon EVER!!! the woman cut both my feet! i swear to god she used something that looked like a cheese grater and saying the word "Nooo!!!!!" didnt work. So when I blood dripping down both ankles she finally realized there was a problem. It took over an hour for a basic pedicure. This stupid woman cut me and still had the nerve to charge me! When I asked to speak the manager, all of a sudden "she didnt understand english". BS! dont waste your time or money here!!

this store is sooo bad....i see why people drive the extra miles to go to LaPlata. HOW CAN YOU NOT HAVE WAX PAPER? So everyone went to walmart and bought EVERY ONE on the same day. Went to the baking aisle. THERE WERE MAYBE 4 BAGS OF SUGAR. The whole shelf was wiped out. Thats ridiculous! Need to learn how to order better to keep the shelves stocked! If i go there to get 3 items i am SOL for 2 of them. I try to support my town but how about supporting us.

I purchased a ps4 game from this Wal-Mart but when I got home and open the case the game/disc was not in the case. I went back to the store and I was told that I could not get my money back. AccordIng to the customer service rep, my only option was to locate a Wal-Mart that had the exact game that I purchased. Also, I couldnt get a different game at the same price because Wal-Mart does not give refunds on games when the package is opened/disc is missing.
