The BEST experience ever. I bought a 2010 Tahoe LTZ71 from Alyssa. From the minute I arrived I knew it was going to be a positive experience. When the GORGEOUS Tahoe was brought around Alyssa proceeded to demonstrate all the features and answered most questions before I even asked. It was very obvious she had familiarized herself with this particular Tahoe, not just read the basic features for all Tahoe. The very friendly welcoming staff introduced themselves upon first contact unlike any of the, so-called big name dealerships I had walked out of extremely discouraged. One was not only uninformed about the auto he showed, he was rude! Not at CAR CORPORATION OF MD. ALYSSA was patient prompt and knowledgeable. The test drive sealed the deal! Literally. I had driven down from Gettysburg with a friend that had been helping in my quest for my dream car and I must admit, I was skeptical and not that eager to go that distance to see one car. Am I ever glad he was persistent. I put a deposit on the spot and had to go home for some papers and Alyssa was more than nice about offering to stay past closing. Instead back at opening in a.m. And everyone was ready to make this the absolute best car shopping experience I could hope for. From my dog comfortably hanging out to each employee as they arrived. Cant rave enough. I had spent quite literally hundreds of hours online and on phone and in person searching for what I wanted. I was mislead, ignored, treated poorly and blatantly lied to by every one of the others. Then it all changed in a split second when ALYSSA warmly greeted us and proceeded to put her skills to work. I would recommend CAR CORPORATION OF MD and ALYSSA with great confidence and pleasure to anyone I know. Not that they havent already heard my raves and been blown away with the price and quality of the Tahoe. It was right at the price I wanted and had every single feature. Im about to embark on a venture alone( with my dog) traveling around the country with a 20 art/jewelry design studio to work and live in so it was extremely important that I have all the features I wanted and must have for towing safely and comfortably for very extended periods of time in all conditions on all highways and byways. There was my dream Tahoe.!! How often does that happen?!!! It looks brand new. The condition is showroom quality. It had new18" tires! It made me happy and very comfortable to pay and jump in. I LOVE the Tahoe!!! ALYSSA has followed up with calls and texts to see how it is going. No question, I will continue to recommend CAR CORPORATION OF MD. and ALSSA in particular, to everyone. You will never go anywhere else again.

Posted my experience with Carcorp the evening that I signed papers on my truck. That was around 7 months ago and I was, naturally, very excited to have gotten the truck that Ive wanted for well over a decade. I had to go back after that evening to take care of warranty information. While I was there, I talked to Bill and told him that there were a couple of small issues with the truck. Nothing to make the truck unsafe to drive, just minor details. Bill listened as I explained and he told me to make a "laundry list" of any problems that I could find and bring the list back to him to see what he could do. I thanked him for being so outgoing, took care of the warranty paperwork, and headed home very optimistic that Carcorp would take care of me. I wrote up my list and had my wife, Heidi, deliver the list personally as my job takes me far down the road very early in the morning and keeps me late at night. I waited.... and waited... absolutely nothing. Calls were not returned. Just nothing. When I bought my truck, I was assured by the owner, or whoever he was, that he would buy my truck back whenever I was through it. He said it was a great truck and youre not gonna find many like that in that condition with those low miles. He was right about the miles at least. Ive only put 3,300 miles on the truck since I bought it and, to be honest, everyday I see an issue on or in the truck that I didnt notice before. In case youre wondering, my company gave me a vehicle to drive back and forth to work. Thats why I havent put any miles on my truck and why Im still finding things to this day. I would say some of this is my fault as well because I went so excited and anxious that I wouldve said yes to just about anything to get that truck. I wouldve posted this much sooner but I was trying to give the company the benefit of the doubt. That they would realize that they didnt get around to responding to us because they just had alot going on and we were temporarily overlooked. Seven months later, Im done. I will NOT deal with this company again, I will NOT recommend this company to family or friends, and I will do my best to forget about the entire experience and move on. I didnt want to post this but Im done trying the phone route. Would it have killed them to at least call me and tell me they werent fixing a thing? I couldve respected that. I wouldnt ve liked it but I wouldve appreciated the honesty. This all couldve been avoided with a freaking OWNERS MANUAL! Is that asking too much? Good day.

My CarCorporation experience was like no other I’ve ever had in my 30 plus years of dealing with dealerships. If you want a 5-star car shopping experience this is the place to start, don’t waste your time going anywhere else. I had contacted them about a vehicle on their website and drove over to the dealership; I was shopping for a 4Runner and found what I was looking for a great price and great condition. I was well greeted when showing up for a test drive, we talked about the vehicle in question and went inside to discuss the buying process, I was then introduced to the Sales manager. Bill and I also discussed the vehicle I was interested in, he asked me if there was anything I needed or if he could help me in anyway in my decision process but never did I feel like I was being pushed to make a decision or a purchase…you don’t get the same feel at other dealerships. The entire process was fantastic, communication was great and follow-up even better. Although a short time later the 4Runner I purchased had a problem, Bill immediately got involved, jumped in and took care of the problem and made it “right”, he took care of it like no dealer ever would. Whether you are shopping for your first vehicle, second car or truck…this is where you want to go. Even if they don’t have what you are looking for on the website or lot call them up, they can locate it for you – just ask. My next purchase will be from CarCorp, I want to thanks Rusty, Pete and all of the staff, with a big thank you to Bill Collins…you’ve gained a lifelong customer.

I hate shopping for used cars because most used car dealerships are pushy, like to be right at your shoulder wherever you are, and try their hardest to not allow you to leave their property without buying. This is the complete opposite of the way I shop for a used car. When I shop for a used car (or in this case, truck), I try to scrutinize the vehicle as much as I can (as I believe one should). I also try to not buy the first time I look at a vehicle (to avoid my own personal buyers remorse). Christine was not pushy and made me feel very comfortable with the way I like to shop for a used vehicle. When I wanted to talk with other people about the truck, she allowed me space to talk without her there and did not interrupt me at all...she waited until I was done and came back to her myself. When I told her I was not going to buy the first time I looked at the truck, she did not push at all and allowed me to leave without any grief because I was not buying. When it came down to negotiating price, they would not budge on their asking price...BUT they did add value by including other perks in the deal to make the sale. Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience at Car Corp. I would recommend them to anyone else looking to purchase a used car (and I still check their inventory just in case they end up with another vehicle that I would like to buy)!
